Delivery and Returns

 

Currently we are taking orders from Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Orders are shipped with courier and delivered usually within 2-3 days. Tracking numbers are available upon request.

Delivery Charge:

Standard delivery charge is €7.95 for large items and €3.95 for small items as seeds. Local collection in Trim is free, you will receive emailed/text with collection details after your purchase.

Damages or lost goods
Please email us at info@gardensforwildlife.ie and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of damaged or lost goods.

Returns
If you wish to return goods for any reason other than damaged or faulty items please email us at info@gardensforwildlife.ie prior sending back the goods. We will organize refund minus the delivery charge (orders eligible for Free delivery will incur standard delivery charge). Goods must be in good condition, in their original packaging and sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please take care when packing good for return to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
